“Don’t have too much at present other than calling them and waiting time was ten minutes and that changing the start date cost £50 admin fee and a refresh of quote required even though I paid in full already that day to start on 18th by mistake instead of 13th the day I paid the premium. So I had to pay twice and pay more on the refreshed quote before being refunded the original amount paid. All in all it cost me an extra £120 just because of an error in the start date even though the premium was paid and the policy hadn’t even started yet . By rights I should have received a full refund if the policy hasn’t started yet.
