“The only slight criticism, would be the representatives you call after taking out a policy, their conversation feels very 'scripted and slightly labouring' feels as if you can't interrupt them to ask a question, or to ask them to repeat something. Which is a great shame. As having other cars in the household I deal with other insurance companies, who have a more relaxed, friendly, feeling, but they cover all the same points and legalities. Otherwise, very efficient and great cost and service.”
