“Unable to access the policy via their website. I had to request a posted one which has still not arrived. The website says the policy number is too long in spite of it being correct. Privilege seem confused about this too. They are going to find out. I did have the same problem last year too so it's never been resolved. This is off putting as I need to check the Policy details ASAP. Might consider going elsewhere next year if I have to phone them again to send the Policy in the post.”
