Second thing: communication for supporting: poor, the lady wasnt speak properly english and i couldnt understand what she said, cause she was very difficult accent, so i thought that lady was speaking to me other language. As we living on U.K it doesnt matter where you from but if you work on customer service you have to speak proper grammar english, with as possible close to english accent”
