“Administration of setup is OK, but the website isn't especially user-friendly. Customer service centre is pleasant (based on a single experience!). The two tests of an insurer are (a) what happens if you have to claim and (b) what happens with renewal. We haven't experienced either yet, so the best we can say is acceptable”
