“It would have been very good. but I had difficulty with phrase "email address already in use" towards the end. For example it may mean that someone else was using my address somewhere, and thought I must have to shut down my browsing session down and change my password. But instead I (reluctantly) asked a family member or advice. It might have been better to use a different phrase such as "You already have an account with PolicyExpert - enter your password now, with the forgotten it, question", to help beginner's like me.”
