“As I said above, very pleased with quote - although it is now ridiculously expensive to buy car insurance. I am of pensionable age, sole driver, do under 3,000 miles per year & no accidents - but was still paying £400+. However - I was amazed to see that Policy Expert (PE) took the full payment (I pay annually) from my credit card on 03/05/25 when they are not providing me with their service until 30/05/25. This is money in their account, gaining Interest, when it should have been a 'pending payment' until the policy began. I did phone customer service but got nowhere!”
