“Total of 3 hours trying to communicate with them via Switchboard ,Google numbers on line some old , Virtual not working , .Eventually posted on Churchill Facebook and 6 replies all telling me to ring the number we already had been trying fo hours , seems more monitoring that than answering phones !!! .Brought up an earlier quote /link as had 2 quotes as calls were to change start date by 2 days , and managed 2nd time to get payment through . However with new Policy starting next month ,Savings made it worth it .Just hope if I never need the HELPLINE in event of an ACCIDENT,and I wont be kept on the phone with no action for 13 days like LV ..NEGATIVES ALL Relate to Communication issues , my just arrived Mobile phone bill has just gone over my call allowance for the First time ever.Documents due in current week”
