“My experience when being passed from Confused onto Aviva website was extremely poor. Problems with Aviva - after entering all information onto their website, it would not let me proceed to the payment page. I had multiple unsuccessful and time-consuming attempts. Support provided by Aviva's online chat team was very poor, the technician said he couldn't help and seemed reluctant to provide a way forward. I phoned the support line, the lady I spoke to replicated the issue (essentially by starting the transaction all over again, and experiencing the same issue as me, thus taking even more time) and advised she would have to raise a ticket with technical support team as there appeared to be a bug. She said she would call back when the issue was resolved. I received no further call. I tried a few days later and it worked. I think I spent maybe 2 hours in total trying to buy from Aviva”
