“Good price and easy enough to arrange. However, when I was previously insured with them it was very difficult to get through on phone to cancel policy when I’d found a cheaper quote for the following year so I’ll reserve judgement and see if it happens again! Because no doubt next year the price will double and I’m beginning to wonder if it isn’t all sewn up between them all and they just pass us on, in turns, to make us feel we got a good deal!!”
“Aviva provided a competitive quote and offer good supporting features. Not the chew quote but the best when factoring in all the elements of cover included and the website user experience. Also encouraged by the 5 star customer rating over some others that were a bit cheaper, but had less stars. 4 star rating from me because there is no customer support helpline other than for claims. I believe it is important to be able to get help when you need it from a human. Hence one star removed.”
