“I completed their questionaire three times, each time they required me to telephone them, before I could pay for the chosen insurance package. Twice I was informed that they were too busy to take my call, and to call back. I did this and got through, I was told there was a 45 min wait but elected to hang on. after 1 hour and 3 mins I was told there was a technical problem and to call back!!! At no time did I receive a recorded message thanking me for my patience etc.
I went back to the RAC who didn't need me to phone them, paid through the nose, but received excellent service!”
