“the only problem is after you pay they then ask for proof of no claims discount which you have to upload. i really do not know how to do this as you get a certain amount of time to send it to them otherwise they cancel your insurance, why do they not ask you right away for proof at the begining of the process. i have now got to find somebody who can help me do this as i am not good with computers. apart from that very easy to buy your insurance and very good price. trying to communicate with a rep is not available as its all done by internet. so if you cannot upload a doc you could loose the insurance you have just bought as they say they will not except docs in the post or faxes. so old pensioners like me who have no idea how to upload a doc could have wasted their time and money thats the only gripe i have with this company”
