“Used Aviva before and have been very happy. Not sure about the after sales this time mind; I've just learned that my new car insurance can't be added to my existing Aviva app, used for my Aviva pension which is a bit annoying and the automated phone service wasn't great either. When I did eventually get to speak with a person she could barely speak English.”
