“We bought car insurance, but soon after things became to difficult , was promised an activation code to set up account , nothing came , went back on the chat bot again the following day as couldn't set up online which you need to check policy which I needed to do as I could see wife had not been added , they told me not to worry she was on there , but I would have liked to have visually seen it myself , confused totally by the fact my wife car insurance for her car was also with Aviva they didn't seem to know how two accounts could have same email and continually asked for different email , used different email and it said this was incorrect email that account was set up with . After about 6 hours of trying to sort I returned to chat bot saying no email had arrived to help she then sent 12 emails saying same thing with different temp passwords , but no good as still didn't understand email would not work . When I returned to chat bot I asked to cancel , she said I couldn't as this part showed errors , so returned again later and someone cancelled for me , still awaiting my money to return .”
