“I had Aviva car insurance for over 9 years but last year's quote was too dear so I went with another company. This year I found the quote quite reasonable on a comparison site but not on Aviva's own website. I find the website familiar and easy to use and it was straightforward when I had to make a claim. Everything is done online which I haven't had an issue with but it can be frustrating. No customer loyalty sadly.”
