“Seemed like a very good company to deal with, although when I had a difficulty registering my account online with them, after I had purchased the policy, I contacted their helpline on Saturday, 22nd June 201,9.Their website said they closed at 5pm on Saturdays, I called at 4:30pm for help to be informed they closed at 1pm!! and cant call again until Monday!!”
“All seemed fine I do appreciate a freephone number to contact the company and would always choose a company with a freephone number as opposed to a company that did not offer a freephone contact telephone number even if the premium was slightly dearer.”
