“I was happy with the level of cover and of all the quotes available this seemed the best one to go for. What concerned me was the level of changes made when directed to their website to complete the purchase of my policy. Even when I made the correct amendments they still changed them as I proceeded through the forms, which can lead to a void policy if not thoroughly checked so this does not sit well with me.”
