“Awful company to deal with, policy did not meet my needs, did not disclose excess amount clearly and was ridiculously high excess and cost of policy almost doubled from original quoted on confused.com. They do not issue policy straight after purchase and then validate your quote trying to find any small discrepency to increase price quoted. When I refused updated price and asked to cancel was charged £45 cancellation fee even tho policy was not what I purchased online and I was in 14 day cooling off period. Disgusting company. Do not deal with them. Avoid.”
“Seems good just bought it ,price quoted goes up with specific add ons but better to get it right first time. Having to send copies of driving licence and n.i. number and DVLA license etc strange but sorting it now. Does everyone want this information now or just them ?”
