“Whilst the quote was competitive and included what I needed one issue came up. I asked the person I was talking to as this is the only way I can communicate as I am of advanced age and not able to use a computer only in a limited manner an would send me a hard copy of the documents. He said that was no problem. A day or two later I received an e-mail stating the documents would be e-mailed to me as they don't use the post and to down load them. This I cannot do as I don't know how to do so. I feel companies like yourselves have written off the older generation which is quite grotesque. Are you unwilling break you rule for people like me or are we to be cast into the dust din of life I would appreciate your help.”
