“Quite an easy splash page to follow. The summary page is a little confusing as it doesn’t mention anything about courtesy cars. There lies the problem. You ha e to call to make “some” changes. A wait of 35 minutes to get through. Yes we ARE in a pandemic, but even so this is too long to wait.”
