It was at the payment stage that trouble occurred . There was a point rollowing my card details that they continually requested datails on a Maestro card which I do not have . Their " Help " was an automated algorithm which did not answer my problem . I cant remember how many times I cleared down and retried to pay with my DDCard .Eventually in a very bad mood I phoned . When they were able to answer I was connected to a nice young lady who was based in Sunderland ( I think ) .To cut a long and unpleasant story short , she was able to bypass the dreaded Maestro and I paid . To be fair there have been a number of contacts which I will answer , when !!!”
