“Sadly the price quoted on Confussed.com on 1/9/24 was not honoured when clicking the link to the People’s Choice website on the same day. When calling customer services the next morning to quarry this I was told they only give estimated prices on Confussed.com. This has never been my experience from years of use and no effort was made to look at the issue.”
“Online service confusing , you have to subtract the choices you want like legal cover from the confused quotes because when you connect to their online web site they try to charge you for the same thing twice ,therefore not making it the cheapest choice , what you have to do is leave your choices out off confused quotes then insert , choose them again .As for their telephone service , they were cheeky offensive , rude and very very unhelpful in my experience , do you want the insurance or not attitude.”
