“My initial perception is good, was able to set up the My Account portal and add the Hastings App to my phone, pricing was reasonable but have had no need to avail of any services yet as I've only just took out the policy.”
“Like All Insurance Companies they are Not giving existing Customers the same deal as New ones. My other gripe is that they quote a figure but when you get towards end of accepting and paying for the policy you find the options they say you've got to pay extra to upgrade for this and again for that. I know talking to other people they are very annoyed with it”
