“Purchased the insurance, and paid for it, however a couple of days late I received a text message from them asking to contact them regarding an issue. I did call them to be told that I had put in the wrong date for when I was resident in the U.K. from, and they wanted £59 to alter it. I found this strange, as I have been insured with them for the last two years, and this is the first time they have queried the date, they have the correct dates and have had since 2018. Eventually they dropped the admin charge, when I asked to talk to a manager. Not very good Customer Service.”
