“I took out hastings direct not premier policy it was incredibly difficult to finally get to make my first monthly payment as when l typed something in something totally different came up , l had to go over their questioner 6 or 7 time before we reached the end it was an extreamly stressful experience l never want to go through ever again it's far too stressful l have to say not good.”
