Their online booking and telephone customer services leave a lot to be desired. It took me 5 days to finally get through to customer services. if there is a query that needs answering in real time, your stuffed. There are no options online to make comments regarding your policy, forcing one to fill in the form "with your best answer" and then telephone to discuss. Problematic when one needs to make an immediate decision. The offer lasts only until midnight the day you request a quote. Significantly increasing in price immediately the next day. Having said that, they did eventually waiver the extra fee, after an appeal for "good will" even though the fault lay with them.”
