“The company seems to be good although I was told off by them for going to a comparison site first instead of directly to them for an improved price. It turned out they couldn't get close to the price I obtained from Confused.com so I will still get new quotes each year anyway. I ended up taking out the new policy but remaining with Hastings Direct.”
