“Bit rubbish to be honest. Bought the policy (paid in full) and phoned to cancel my renewal which was shockingly high and took 20 minutes to answer. However, its not their policy to cancel the renewal, instead they cancelled my new one that i had just purchased and lowered the price of the renewal to match. Then I got an email to say that they will be taking the money on renewal date!!!!”
