“They automatically renew even though repeatedly being asked not to. Probably a good safeguard but it happens every year which is very frustrating that what I say is disregarded.
I’ve fortunately never had to make a claim so can’t comment on the quality of service offered in that circumstance but I’d like to think it would be very good.”
