“Filled in one date wrong of when I bought the car section. I wrote 08/20 instead of 11/20 and Hastings wanted to charge me more for the insurance and a fee on top to change the date. I'm 73 years old recovering from chemo and not very skilled on a computer. I made an error and hastings direct wanted to take advantage. When I said I wanted to cancel my insurance they charged me £20 fee.
Even though it says no fee for cancellation. I will never use Hastings insurance again”
