“Good but to switch from an app policy to a standard policy was an extra £53.19. The difference on the standard policy was that you did not have to use the app and could call the company rather than message only through the app policy. I did a quote for my Dad through the same company and it quoted an extra £20 to switch from an app policy to a standard policy. I did query this with Hastings and was told it would be due to different details/risks. I explained that this is nonsense, as no extra risk for the company for someone switching from app policy to a standard policy in regards to the services provided under these policies.”
