On one particular occasion, my renewal was quoted at a particular price, I then went on Confused.com, and found it much cheaper - with TESCO. However, I phoned them and explained and they changed it to the lower price. I think they may have been a bit confused to be honest. Other than that, they've been brilliant, with great prices.”
