“Satisfactory but very disappointing that, although I had been insured with them for the previous year, their renewal quote for 2020/21 was far in excess of that obtained through Confused.com - and other search engines - and so I am their customer for another year - on exactly the same terms - but at a much less premium - so much for loyalty!”
