“Their fees for changing things are extortionate. I bought a policy on the Sunday and realised there was an omission on the documentation. I phoned on the Monday to add the detail and they wanted to charge me £48 - the insurance didn't even commence until later in the month. It was cheaper to cancel then re-buy even though it had increased in price.”
