The girl was a little lacklustre I spoke to on the phone and almost put me to sleep but it was pretty straight forward and to be fair if I had to read out extensive t’s and c’s every phone call id probably want to throw myself off a cliff too. The negative points are not really for budget but confused.com. I was trying to buy insurance online but none of the links to any of the insurers were actually working once the quotes came through so they need to sort that out.”
