“hard for me as a 79year old, as your have to do all online.I HAD QUESTIONS THAT I wanted answering.I was getting insurance for my nephew.The agent I got through to (virtually) would not answer my concerns as the insurance was not in my name.(my comp=my card)My nephew had to come here to get the answers)still my comp&card.EVEnTUALLY 2lovely agents answered the query. So frustrating”
