“Great concept. But nowadays insurance firms shutting call centres and stopping customers from contacting them. I accepted a quote last week but still no emails nor paperwork. When I contact insurer they say I need to log in. I have no login. Am I insured or not? Confused needs to be sure insurer provides active working contact details. Not pretend to.
