“I made a mistake with dates & they would not change the policy without a £50 charge. I contacted them as soon as i knew i had done it too. I decided to cancel & go elsewhere. A gesture of goodwill would have been nice. If this is the policy right at the start then i dread to think how they would deal with a claim”
