Some strange system behaviour - access to portal given prior to confirmation that policy has been accepted and then portal going offline for maintenance.

Not impressed with one call, I was going to cancel but they told me I couldn't have all my money back!! They give you FREE breakdown cover, lol, its not free, you can have 2 callouts only and you have to pay £20 each callout!! So to me that's not free!! Can't wait to see how they get out of giving you a courtesy car!!

Obviously, I chose One Call Direct because the fully comprehensive insurance that I purchased gave me a better cover than the other insurance policies that I looked at.
