“No contact details given to RS Connect to arrange fitting of Black Box on my sons car. Over an hour online & phone calls by which point they refused to discuss with me due to GDPR & it being my sons policy (despite my contact details & me paying for it). No further forward & statements that they cancel insurance within 14 days of black box not fitted. Yet they are at fault for not providing out details to the installation company.”
