“The Tesco Bank Box website has issues. Some of the mandatory boxes the need to be filled in cannot be selected. An issue must exist with the website set-up. Nevertheless, when I phoned and got through to a real person, the completion of my policy purchase was very straightforward although it took 27 minutes to complete via the phone as the sales assistant had to read through all the T&Cs. Overall I'm very pleased with the phone service. After buying the insurance, the on-line portal was inaccessible; it simply didn't work as it failed to acknowledge my email address. I was told when I phoned to find out why, that it is a common problem with new customers. Some days later, I an still unable to get to my documents. Very frustrating.”
