“For some reason I had to call them as I couldn't find my original quote and they wanted to charge me a over the phone set up fee even though I had the reference number of the quote on line . But after explaining I already had a quote and then it gave me another for 20 pounds more I had to call. Thankfully they waved the fee and I paid the original price quoted. So very happy.”
