“I tried to pay my car insurance deposit online but it did not work I then phoned them to pay over the phone and this cost me 20 extra and all they done during the call was try sell me more stuff for my insurance that I did not need, I have on average at least one email from them daily asking me to buy stuff or upgrade my policy, I have also had a phone call asking the same. I found my policy to be fair in the price but do not like the constant communication”
“They should inform you about credit checking etc with the finance company and/or show quotes that have passed a soft search so you k ow what your paying”
