“So far, the customer service is not great. I've called 4 times regarding legal cover add on, two times they cut my call after making me wait for 15 mins. Other times the staff answered but they were unable to provide a prompt solution over phone and told me that I'll receive a call regarding my query however no one called. On my 4th call the staff answered my query and provided a solution. The customer care service is inconsistent and needs more training.”
