“Go Skippy cat insurance was great apart from we couldn't get it to take payment online do we had to call the company. Having to call the company created a £20 charge on the insurance quote which we didnt agree with as we tried a good few times to pay online and it give no reason what we wad doing wrong. Anyway speaking to Go Skippy and explaining what had happened the £20 cost was changed to £10 admin cost as we had phoned up.”
