“I was already a customer (without auto renewal) but my renewal quote was £30 higher than buying on line, so I phoned and asked why and what they would be prepared to do about it......nothing....metaphorically speaking they just shrugged their shoulders! So I bought on line, so they now have less of my money for the same cover.... and minus confused.com commission!
