“I purchased car insurance on 06/02/2023 to commence on 18/02/2023. I paid £109 deposit for this policy. The next day, I changed my mind and decided to cancel the policy. I was informed that there would be a £50 admin charge to do this... £50 and I wasn't even actually insured with them... totally immoral! They also informed me that it would take 30 days for a refund - we're in 2023 how can ANYTHING finance related take 30 days anymore especially the transfer of £59! I hope they use the £50 wisely, maybe put it towards paying for more call centre staff so the next person doesn't have to wait 30 minutes on hold to be ripped off like I did!”
