“My wife had a non fault claim and this insurance threatened to cancel the insurance that I took out on my Califoria, I have the full no claims discount as I haven't made a claim in more than 20 years. I had to arrange a conference call with LV my wife's insurance to resolve this issue. So the customer care is not very good. LV were excelent and deserve their 5 star rating. This will guide me again when I need to renew my insurance.”
