“Their site crashed as I was finishing my order, I was given a phone number to ring when I spoke to the gentleman he assured me that no money had been taken so I redid the insurance over the phone, 3days later my bank balance showed 2 payments had been made and I have to wait 7to10 days to be reimbursed they are quick to take your money but not at giving it back”
