“There was a glitch in their computer system so I couldn't find my documents. They had 2 quotes for my car one of which was dated July 2018/2019 4 months before I had bought the car. After phoning up I was asked to wait 30 minutes & it would be sorted. But it wasn't & when I phoned again I was talked through the web page & it turned out the out of date quote was actually my new documents added after I had paid my premium. Apparently there was a soft ware glitch which they were trying to sort out. The girl I spoke to on the Thursday whose name was Natalie I think was very helpful & although wasn't working the following day said she would get someone to phone me the next day. And they did! The girl on Friday Samantha phoned & said she would get the tech people to look into the problem & to give it 30 minutes & if it still wasn't working gave me a number to ring. And when I had to phone again the guy who talked me through the website were also very helpful & got me to my documents on line.”
